How do I prepare for the test?
Depending on the test, fasting or avoiding certain foods and medications may be required. Detailed preparation instructions are provided with each test kit.

Can I order tests for someone else?
Yes, you can. The order is not tied to the person taking the test, so you may place the order in your own name even if someone else will be providing the sample.
When the person receives the kit, they will be guided to register it using the Test-ID found on the code card inside the box. Then its important that its the person taking the test who register it under their name.
You can pay safely and easily with instalments via Qliro, card payment, or mobile payment through Apple Pay or Google Pay. Choose the option that suits you best for a simple and secure checkout.
How secure is my personal information?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched, we can assist you with cancelling or amending it. Please contact us using the form or the chat icon in the bottom left corner, and we’ll help you immediately.
Are there any age restrictions for ordering tests?
Some tests are not recommended for children or for elderly individuals. You can read more about age guidelines here
What shipping alternatives do you have?
We offer delivery through UPS, DHL and more. The available options will be shown at checkout based on your location.
I forgot to pick up my package from the locker, what happens now?
If you selected delivery to a locker and forgot to pick it up, the package will be sent back to us. It may take up to 1–3 weeks before we receive it. Once it arrives, we will register it as returned and refund your payment, unless we have agreed on something else. Read more here
